1st Letter

So I opened the mailbox on Monday afternoon at lunch and what should be sitting there but that long awaited "1st Letter!" My heart started thumping and tears started coming. Would he be loving it? What had he been doing in these past few days?
Good news! He loves it!!! He loves the food and he has a cool companion, Elder Bastien from Colorado. He has 2 other elders in his room, one from West Jordon, UT and one from So. California. There are 8 elders in their district learning spanish. 2 are going to the Dallas, TX spanish speaking and 2 are going to Spain. The letter was short but just what we needed to assure us that he's really excited and loving what he's doing!
